Welcome 2012 and Good Bye 2011!!! I would like to greet everyone a very happy new year! On behalf of the whole Consagous Technologies family, I am wishing you all the best as we begin another journey of challenges, victories, lessons and changes in the year ahead.

A great year of success for Consagous Tchnologies in 2011, even we had a great years of financial ups and down due to instability in the market.

HR team has given a great effort to achieve the great resources for the company. These awards recognized our efforts in strongly linking our corporate vision to our business goals through HR initiatives. Our Sales and marketing did tremendous work and achieved the targets. We also congratulate the team for great work done throughout the year. Our technical team has done wonderful work to deliver all the projects on time with best quality. We thanks and congratulate the technical team for their hard work done this year. We have long way to go and have to provide great performance in coming years.

We have a fantastic team of staff in the office, and Trustees, who are driven by passion and not their rather meagre pay packets – and they do a superb job in everything they touch. I am really proud to work with them.

We have designed an special training program for the freshers. The details are as follows:

Training program for the BE(CS & IT) & MCA would be in two parts which would be as follows:

1. 6 months program , costing 35000 Rs, number of days 180 days, Salary : 4000 per month

2. 6 months program , costing 50000 Rs, Number of Days 180 days, Salary: 6000 per month

Associated benefits of the program:

1. We’ll hire the candidate for the period of six month

2. Job experience certificate will be given.

3. Work on live projects.

4. Practical exposure to work.

5. Salary & salary slip.

After six month candidates performance will be evaluated. His selection for the continuation of job depends on his performance.

Timings: We have four shifts for trainees. These are 6AM – 10:30 AM, 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM, & 7:30 – 12:00.

Content: This is training cum job program so after getting the basic training candidate will handle live projects. He will get support from seniors and Trainers of that particular language.
